What is Calcion?
Calcion is a highly concentrated liquid calcium supplement designed to increase and maintain calcium levels in marine and reef aquariums.

What does Calcion do?
It raises calcium concentration in aquarium water, supporting coral growth, skeletal development, and overall reef health.

Why is calcium important in a reef aquarium?
Calcium is a key element used by corals, clams, and other reef-building organisms to form skeletons made of aragonite. Maintaining proper levels is critical for growth and stability.

What calcium level should I maintain?

Target range: ~412–450 ppm
Stability is more important than hitting an exact number

What makes Calcion different from other calcium supplements?

Ionic (not chelated) for immediate availability
Free of unwanted organics like EDTA or gluconates
Free of phosphate and silicate

Can I use Calcion with a two-part system like Reef Code A & B?
Generally, no. Calcion is typically used as a standalone calcium supplement or for corrections.
